My name is Katrina and as a designer I am passionate about ensuring that every design decision is human-centered, equitable, diverse, inclusive, and accessible. I believe without hesitation that technology must reflect its users. After spending 12+ years in the healthcare field, it has taught me that we need to harness technology more aggressively and accelerate innovation. I am currently working at The Mechanical Licensing Collective designing the user experience for self-administered songwriters, lyricists, music publishers, administrators, and collective management organizations (CMOs) on the portal that distributes mechanical royalties from streaming and download services in the U.S. I look forward to connecting with you.
